Hussain Sajwani leads an extravagant life and uses the technique to market his business, and over the years he has awarded expensive luxury gifts like Lamborghini to his clients. Additionally, he has co-branding marketing pacts with luxury cars companies that deal with Bugatti and Versace.
Damac properties are members of Dubai Financial Market and listed on the home market exchange and also the first Middle East Company to have listed on the giant London Stock Exchange.
